Superintendent Brad Morgan invites members of the Pepperell community to attend a public presentation regarding development of the 2024-2025 North Middlesex Regional School District budget.
The “Budget Breakfast” is scheduled for Friday, March 8, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Albert Harris Center (formerly the Pepperell Senior Center), 37 Nashua Road.
Superintendent Morgan and administrators will explain how they develop each year’s school budget in alignment with the core values of meeting the educational, social, and emotional needs of all students.
They also will address a number of challenges facing North Middlesex and other districts across the state. These include addressing achieve gaps due to pandemic-era disruption, sharply increasing costs of special education and out-of-district placements, and inflation in the costs of goods and services, while maintaining a level of services that supports quality education.
All Pepperell residents are welcome to attend. There is no charge. The Pepperell Council on Aging requests that attendees who wish to have breakfast call them in advance at 978-433-0326.
